The sale of Nokia’s handset business to Microsoft is set to be finalized today. The closure of the $7.5 billion deal, which was agreed last year, had been delayed pending approvals. Earlier this month both companies won a crucial nod from Chinese regulators. The deal has also received the green light from the U.S. and European Union.
