Penn State held a 14-7 lead at the half, but the Spartans battled back and the game is tied at 14.The Nittany Lions have struggled in recent history against the Spartans and are in danger of dropping yet another to the division rival. What’s worse for Penn State is the team may have just lost starting running back Miles Sanders to an injury.Sanders ran for a short gain but got rolled up on and could be seen limping off the field.Cameras caught Sanders on the sideline and he seemed to be testing out his left leg.Miles Sanders appears to be in discomfort heading toward the sideline.— Tyler Donohue (@TDsTake) October 13, 2018The star tailback picked up right where former Penn State star Saquon Barkley left off with the Nittany Lions.
